Luzerner Fasnacht - The Carnival in Lucerne! 

Join us for an unforgettable trip to Luzern’s legendary Fasnacht (Carnival) – the most colorful and biggest event in the city! Fasnacht is deeply rooted in Swiss culture, and it’s an experience you won’t want to miss! Expect loud music, surreal masks, and an atmosphere like no other.

We will meet at Zürich HB at noon and go together to Luzern, where we’ll dive into the heart of the festivities, experiencing the iconic Carnival Parade in the afternoon, where costumed groups, marching bands, and Guggenmusik (brass bands in wild costumes) take over the streets!

After the parade, we'll have some time to explore the city, 

Dress up if you want! Fasnacht is all about costumes, so unleash your creativity and join the fun! (Not mandatory)

The price includes the train ticket from Zürich to Lucerne and back. There is no discount for Halbtax/GA Night. If you have a full GA, you can join for free though. 

The train ticket is only covered if you go with the group on the train ticket

If you decide to stay longer, you have to buy your own ticket or use a GA Night.

With a normal ticket, there is limited capacity for people aged 25 years or older. We will notify you if we have to cancel your registration because of that.
