ESN goes skiing

The 24th of January we will head to the amazing ski resort of Flumserberg, to enjoy a fantastic sky day on the Swiss mountains. The perfect break from your study session :)

Meeting point: Zürich HB main hall, under the large clock at 06:50 AM in ski clothes.

Itinerary Saturday, 24.01.2026:

Zürich HB  - Unterterzen, Bahnhof 07:12

Unterterzen, Bahnhof - Zurich HB 16:48

After the train we will take a gondola next to the train station that will bring us directly to the Flumserberg ski resort starting point

Requirements:

• You should be at least 18 years old.
• You will wear a helmet while skiing/snowboarding.
• You need to be able to ski. There will be no courses offered. However, participants are free to book ski/snowboard lessons for themselves.
• Bring your skis or you can rent in Flumserberg. The price DOES NOT include the ski rental though.
• Every participant is responsible to have a valid health and accident insurance (It is also worth considering getting a REGA membership, a helicopter rescue service: https://www.rega.ch/en/rega-patron/become-a-patron).

• Train tickets
• Skipass for the day

Not included:

• Lunch
• Rental of ski equipment (optional)

We have limited spots for people over 25 years. Please bear with us if we had to cancel your registration, we will refund you in that case. If you have a GA, the price will be reduced by 15CHF.
