We can’t register for you, so we encourage you to sign up on the website above. Choose a time slot between 16:30 and 17:30, and then join us at our ESN corner in the donation room!
Afterwards, we’ll hang out together with snacks and games (location to be confirmed).

More useful info:

• You will have to fill a questionnaire and go through a quick medical checkup before donating. If you don't speak German, don't worry :), the forms are also available in English, French, and Italian
• In ordrer for the blood donation to go well, keep in mind these things (https://www.blutspendezurich.ch/blut-spenden/vor-und-nach-der-blutspende)
  • Drink enough: At least 1.5 liters, preferably still water or diluted fruit juices
  • Eat a balanced diet: A light meal is ideal. Please avoid fatty foods, as they can affect the quality of blood components
  • Don't forget your ID!
  • Plan enough time: Allow about an hour for the entire donation, including a rest period
