Join us for one of Switzerland’s most famous hikes – the 5 Lakes of Pizol! 

This beautiful trail takes us past five magical alpine lakes, each with its own unique color and character, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views.

 Plan of the day:
 Meeting point: Zürich HB at 07:20, under the big blue angel.
 We take the train at 07:38 to Sargans, then a short bus ride to Wangs.
From Wangs we take the Pizolbahn cable cars up to Pizolhütte (2,227 m), the starting point.

We will be in Zurich Hb approximately at 19:00

 We hike the famous 5-Lakes trail (about 4–5 hours, medium difficulty), ending at Gaffia/Furt before heading back down by cable car.

What to bring:

• Hiking shoes (good grip!)

• Water & snacks/lunch

• Sunscreen & sunglasses

• Jacket (mountain weather can change quickly)

• Optional: Swimsuit – some brave hikers jump into the lakes, but beware, the water is very cold!

• Lots of good vibes 

Difficulty: Medium – suitable for hikers with basic experience.
Expect alpine views, crystal-clear lakes, and plenty of photo opportunities!

 Limited spots: We only have limited spots for people older than 24 years. Participation for that group will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please make sure to pay the price latest 24h after registering. If you pay the ESNcard price you must bring your ESNcard on the day of the event. However, you can still purchase it after registering on one of the ESN presentations this week.

The price includes the train and cablecar rides. There is no discount with Halbtax/GA Night

 If you have a GA/Interrail pass, you can deduct 15CHF from the participation fee.
