Ready for a challenging event?! Join us for SOLA Stafette! 

Join the ESN Zürich team and run a leg with us! SOLA Stafette is an exciting relay race with 900 teams of 14 participants each, making their way around Zurich. The course has short and long legs (3 to 14 km), steep uphills and thrilling downhills, forest trails and city streets—so there’s something for everyone.

We will form two ESN Zürich teams, bringing together exchange students and ESN Zürich members for an unforgettable adventure.

P.S. Don’t worry, we don’t need to be competitive—just have fun! All we need is a big smile for the professional race photo and plenty of energy to enjoy an amazing day together!

Not sure about running but still want to be involved? Join our Standby List! If someone falls sick or can’t run, you can jump in and help the team. Simply write "Standby" in the comments when registering or joining the waitinglist. No registration fee is required for standby participants.

The price includes:

• Group practice runs in the month before the event
• Registration fee for the run
• Free public transport in Zürich on the day of the event
• Free drink at the start, finish, and during the run
• BBQ after the event 

Commitment Matters!

Please sign up only if you are fully committed to running with us. SOLA Stafette is a team event, and if someone doesn’t show up, the entire team gets disqualified. Your participation is essential to making this a great experience for everyone.

If you cancel less than a weeks before the race without a valid reason, we will have to place you on our blacklist for future events. Last-minute dropouts can seriously impact the team, so please be considerate when signing up.
