Join us for an unforgettable hiking adventure in the stunning Valais region of Switzerland.We will hike along the picturesque Bisse du Ro, a historic irrigation channel surrounded by lush forests and offering panoramic views of the Valais valleys, until we reach the Barrage de Tseuzier, a dam that created the Lac de Tseuzier.

The hike is of medium difficulty (about 10 km long and 500 m up).

DISCLAIMER: Make sure that you are not scared of heights and comfortable with paths as shown in the picture.

Itinerary:

06:45: Meet at the meeting point in Zurich HB (under the big clock). Our train leaves at 07:02, so please be there on time.

10:15: Arrive in Crans-Montana and start hiking.

~15:00: Arrive at Barrage de Tseuzier. Have lunch and/or hike around Lac de Tseuzier.

16:45: Depart towards Zurich.

20:58: Arrive at Zurich HB.

Bring with you:

- Hiking or trekking shoes with grippy soles, good socks

- Comfortable backpack for hiking

- Sun & rain protection

- Lunch, snacks and enough water

We get very cheap tickets as ESN is registered as a "school". However, these tickets are usually only valid for people below the age of 25 (specifically, 24.99 years old or younger). If you are 25 years old or older, pay 0 CHF to register and contact the organisers directly. Worst case, you'd have to organise the ticket yourself.

We will provide a picknick for the afternoon. However, please bring lunch and sufficient wter (2 liters) yourself.
