Dear exchange students,

ready for a challenging event?! SOLA Stafette is a relay run with 900 teams of each 14 participants leading around Zurich (https://www.asvz.ch/event/412-sola-stafette). There are short and long routes (from 3 to 14 Km), uphill and downhill, in the forest and in the city. We will form 2 teams together, consisting of exchange students and ESN Zurich members. 

The ESN plan:

- Practice group runs in the month before the event (optional)

- Run (04.05.2024 between 08:00 and 17:30) + lake hangout afterwards

P.S. Don’t worry, we don’t need to be competitive. All we need is a nice smile for the professional picture during the run and lots of energy for a memorable day ;) 

The price includes

• Group practice runs in the month before the event
• Registration fee for the run
• Free public transport in Zürich on the day of the event
• Free drink at the start, finish, and during the run
• Lake hangout after the event (open for everyone)

Please tell us if you would like to run for the experienced or the chill team. We will then form teams and everyone gets to choose their favourite distance. 

Please also indicate if you have a prefered distance (something between 3km and 14km).
