Visit to Bern + Bundeshaus | |||||
Begin the day at 9 am sharp with a guided tour of the Bundeshaus, Switzerland’s federal parliament building, where we’ll delve into the heart of Swiss politics. Next, we’ll stroll along the picturesque Aare River to the Bärenpark, where you can catch a glimpse of the city’s famous inhabitants: the bears! From there, we will ascend to the Rosengarten for a breathtaking view of Bern’s UNESCO-recognized old town. Back in the historic center, you will have time to explore landmarks like the iconic Zytglogge clock tower and the majestic Berner Münster, Switzerland’s largest late Gothic church. To cap off the day, we’ll head to Gurten, a local mountain. Take in panoramic views of the valley and, if you’re feeling adventurous, try an adrenaline-pumping toboggan run!
