Hungover? Do you need recovery for your muscles? Or do you just want to overcome your "Innerer Schweinehund" as we say in german?

Then join us for a cold plunge in lake Zurich. The water temperature is around 16°C (not too cold;)) We will meet at the quay of Strandbad Mythenbad and hop in together. We will bring some hot tea to warm up.

We suggest that you already wear your swim suits on arrival. It's outside and there is no dressing room. Please also bring warm clothes to change.
