Dear Participants,

It is with great regret that we have to inform you that we have decided to cancel the skating event that was scheduled for Wednesday. We were overwhelmed by the high response, and with just two organizers, we realized it would not be possible to handle an event with 120 participants. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

While we are unable to host the event, we would like to inform you that the skating rink is still open to the public, and you are free to go on your own. However, please note that we will not be responsible for rented out skates, lockers not being enough, or any other issues that may arise due to overcrowding. We encourage you to spread out instead of coming all at the same time, and if you have your own skates, please bring them along.

We suggest that you have a plan B in case you don't end up getting skates of your size. We deeply apologize for any confusion or frustration caused by the cancellation. Still, we hope that those of you who decide to go on your own will have a great time at the rink.
