Cook&Dine: Czeck and Slovak Dinner | |||||
Do you like cooking, learning new international food recipes, eating together and socializing? Then you should join us to this Cook&Dine Event! The Czeck and Slovak Student Association Zürich (CSSZ) invites us to prepare and share Bryndzové halušky A delicious meal that you'll find in every local restaurant in Slovakia, but rarely abroad. The main ingredients are a traditional sheep cottage cheese (bryndza) and potatoes. For this cooking session, we will have bryndza brought directly from Slovakia! The event includes cooking, eating, and cleaning.
Disclaimer The food is vegetarian with a bacon topping for non-vegetarians, however vegan/gluten/lactosefree/… is not possible for this dish.
