Cook&Dine - Slovakian Bryndzové pirohy

Do you like cooking, learning new international food recipes, eating together and socializing?

Then you should join us to the Cook&Dine Event - Slovakia edition (our host will be Juraj )

Bryndzové pirohy (Sheep cheese dumplings)

A delicious meal that you'll find in every local restaurant in Slovakia, but rarely abroad. The main ingredients of the filling are a traditional sheep cottage cheese (bryndza), usually produced in Eastern European countries, and potatoes. For this cooking session, we will have bryndza brought directly from Slovakia!

At the beginning we are going to shop for the food together (we need about 3 helpers for that to join at 6pm at Center Zürich-Affoltern, we will then start with preparing and cooking as a group where you can learn the new dish and in the end we will enjoy the dinner :))
Please note in the registration notes if you can join for the shopping. You need to arrive no later then 7pm at the place in Affoltern. Details will be sent by e-mail after deadline.

Everybody will help with cooking and cleaning up :)

The food is vegetarian with a bacon topping for non-vegetarians, however vegan/gluten/lactosefree is not possible for this dish.

- valid Swiss or EU Covid Certificate (vaccinated, tested, recovered) is required
