|Online Event – Yoga Evening Practice|
As many of us are required to stay at home these days, we're more likely to lack movement, and perhaps our muscles start feeling tight. That's why we want to encourage you to do some yoga with us!
Practicing yoga is said to come with many benefits for both mental and physical health, including reducing stress and anxiety as well as curing depression and chronic pain. This one is a "detox flow", which might help you calm your mind and relax your body before going to bed.
What do you need?
If you don't have a yoga mat, you can use a regular gym mat, a small carpet or even a blanket (make sure it doesn't move around as that could get you off balance).
I'm not a professional yoga instructor, so we'll simply follow the "Yoga Wash - Detox Flow" video by the youtube channel "Yoga with Adriene" together. Check out the link below if you want to run the video during the practice.
