Online Event - Cooking with Stefano 

Dear all, 

are you interested in learning tricks and techniques to make an amazingly well cooked, creamy and tasty risotto? Then join me once again in my kitchen on Thursday 2nd of April, at 19:30! 

As for the last time, for those who want to "cook together", just get the follow ingredients and get ready for this great culinary experience! I will prepare risotto with Prorcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) because it is my favorite, but if you don't like mushrooms you can use saffron, vegetables or what you prefer! :) 

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):

- 320 gr rice ("Carnaroli" and "Arborio" are among the best qualities for making risotto)

- 40 gr dried Porcini mushrooms 

- 60 gr butter

- 50 gr Parmesan cheese

- 1 big golden onion

- salt, olive oil

- 1 clove of garlic

- 10 gr parsil

- 500ml vegetable stock (or, if you're motivated and not vegetarian, you can even prepare in advance meat stock, using chicken or beef. This will give your risotto a unique extra flavour, here there's the link for a meat stock recipee In any case any powder stock will work for making our risotto :)
