Titanic Lémanique - Gala Cruise on Lake Geneva

ESN ZURICH GOES TITANIC LÉMANIQUE

You have probably (almost definitely) heard legends about a cruise; hundreds of people dancing under the moonlight, the alps reflected in the lake, a party too grand to be on land.

We are proud to present to you Titanic Lémanique 2019! This year's theme is: "Around the World in 80 Days"

This year’s 7th edition will take place on the 18th of May, gathering  over 700 students from all over Switzerland on the biggest boat of the Lac Léman, the “Lausanne”.

See for yourselves how it looked last year: Youtube, Facebook

After dancing the night away, we will expore the city of Lausanne before taking the train back home to Zurich.

Suit up, lace up your dancing shoes, and get ready for an unforgettable night of glitz and glamour!

Sign ups are on a first come, first served basis. After your sign up, you have until the 7th of May to pay for your spot, otherwise your spot will be forfeited.

Info about the "shelter"/Bunker where we'll be sleeping:

Communal fallout shelters are very common in Switzerland. Most Swiss people you know have slept in one before on some occasion, and they are used all the time by the Army and Civil Protection. They are equipped with beds, heating, toilets, showers and everything else you need for your comfort. If you came on exchange looking to experience cultural quirks of Switzerland, it's something you should try. They are not 5-star hotels, but you will definitely spend a good night there, and leave with a story to tell. We ESNers always sleep in shelters when we're on internal trips and also often on events for you exchagne students because it's cheaper than hostel and you have everything you need. We've never had any problems. If you still have questions you can contact us directly and ask :)
