Description

Luzern ist für viele Schweizer die schönste Stadt unseres Landes. Kein Wunder, denn mit der einzigartigen Lage am Vierwaldstädter See und direkt am Fusse der Alpen hat Luzern eine wunderschönes Panorama. Aber auch die Stadt an sich ist äusserst sehenswert. Die Kapellbrücke mit Wasserturm, die Museggmauer, das Löwendenkmal, sowie das von Jean Nouvel gebaute Kultur und Kongresszentrum sind nur einige der Perlen, die Luzern zu bieten hat. In Luzern befinden sich auch Top Museen unter ihnen das Verkehrshaus, das meistbesuchteste Museum der Schweiz.
Mit ESN hast du nun Gelegenheit gemeinsam mit zwei Luzernern diese wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden. Eine Stadt, die man auf alle Fälle gesehen haben muss.
An diesem Wochenende findet in Luzern auch das Eidgenössische Musikfest statt. (www.emfluzern.ch) Damit verbunden findet am Abend das weltgrösste Wasser-Spiel Spektakel statt.

Und hier nun das Programm
Am Vormittag Museumsbesuch, wahlweise Verkehrshaus (Technik) oder Picassomuseum/Stiftung Rosengart (Kunst)
Am Nachmittag Führung durch Luzerns Altstadt und anschliessend freie Zeit.
Am Abend grillieren am See und danach werden wir uns natürlich das Wasserspiel-Spektakel anschauen.

Lucerne for a lot of Swiss people the most beautifull city of our country. This is not really a surprise as situated at the Lake lucerne and directly at the foot of the alps lucerne has a wonderfull panorama. But the city itsself is already worth to see. The "Kapell"bridge with the watertower, the Lion's monument, the "Musegg"wall and the the KKL build by Jean Nouvel are only some of Lucerne's jewels. In Lucerne the are also a lot of famous museums, among them them the transportation museum, switzerland's most visited museum.
With ESN you have the opportunity together with 2 guys from lucerne to get to know this wonderfull city. An event which you should not miss.
This weekend there will take place the swiss music festival in Lucerne. (www.emfluzern.ch) Linked with this festival in the evening there will be the biggest Water-Spectacle.

And here is the program:
In the morning: Visit of a museum. You have the choice between the transportation museum (technical) or the Picasso-Museum/"Stiftung Rosengart" (Arts)
In the afternoon: Guided tour through the old part of Lucerne and free time
In the evening: Barbecue at the Lake and watching the Water-Spectacle
